01 — Six-Stage Process

From first conversation
to final handover.

Every Cyberidge build follows the same six-stage framework. Each stage has a defined output, a sign-off condition, and a named person responsible. Nothing progresses until the preceding stage is formally closed.

A Structured Framework

A well-managed build depends on the system behind the team.

Residential building involves many decisions, trades and approval requirements moving at once. The six-stage framework makes each decision point visible and documented before it becomes site work.

The Six Stages

A defined output at every stage.

Pre-construction, construction, handover, and aftercare — each with a formal sign-off before the next begins.

01Pre-Construction
Before a drawing is made

Site Assessment & Pre-Compliance

We review local planning requirements, zoning overlays and site conditions before a single drawing is made. This includes soil classification, orientation analysis, setback requirements and council-specific overlays. Compliance issues are identified and resolved upfront — not discovered mid-construction.

Design Development

Your design is developed with both liveability and site performance in mind. Layout, orientation, natural light and energy efficiency are resolved at the concept stage. Clients walk through their design at full scale using 3D walkthroughs before anything is locked in.

Before work starts

Transparent Quoting

Inclusions, exclusions, assumptions and trade responsibilities are documented before work starts. If something changes, a variation is prepared, reviewed and signed off before any additional work proceeds.

Build Scheduling

Trades are scheduled and coordinated in a defined sequence, with a documented milestone plan from commencement to handover. Each milestone is formally signed off before the next stage begins. Progress updates are provided at each milestone.

On-Site Execution

Site work is managed against the documented plan. An independent inspector reviews the build at footing, frame, lock-up and handover stages. Any issues identified are resolved before the build progresses — nothing is covered up or passed over.

Handover & Aftercare

At handover, a full defect inspection is conducted with you. You receive a complete handover package — inspection records, Defects Liability Period information, product manuals and contact information for aftercare support.

One Framework

Six stages. One documented standard.

Every stage has a defined deliverable, a sign-off condition, and a named accountable person. The framework does not vary between projects — only the specific site conditions and design do. That consistency is what makes the process reliable.

What runs underneath

The delivery system manages scheduling, scope records and sign-off across all six stages.
