Building Quality

Quality You Can
Trace After Handover.

Building quality is easier to trust when the decisions, checks and handover records are visible. Cyberidge treats documentation as part of the build, not an afterthought.

Quality in Practice

A better build record starts before construction begins.

Quality control is not only a site activity. It starts when the scope, drawings, selections and compliance requirements are aligned before work begins. That gives the site team a clearer standard to build to and gives the client a clearer record to refer back to. During construction, stage records and handover documents help show what has been checked, what has been certified, and what information remains available after handover.

Four Points

How quality is built in, not checked at the end.

Each point addresses a stage where quality is either secured or lost — from documentation through to delivery and handover.

01

Documented Build Standard

Quality starts with a clear record of what is being built. Scope, selections, specifications and agreed changes are documented so site delivery can be checked against the same information the client approved.

02

Stage Checks and Records

Key construction stages are checked, recorded and closed out before the project moves forward. Where independent inspections or certifier reviews are required, those records form part of the handover documentation.

03

Performance Considered Early

Energy compliance, orientation, glazing, insulation and material suitability are considered during design and documentation, not treated as late-stage corrections after the build has started.

04

Handover Evidence

The handover package gathers the records a client needs after handover: inspection notes, certificates, product information, maintenance guidance and Defects Liability Period information.

Documentation as Delivery

What the records show. After handover.

The handover package gathers the records a client needs after handover: inspection notes, certificates, product information, maintenance guidance and Defects Liability Period information. This is not paperwork added at the end — it is assembled throughout the build and given to you as part of the project itself.

What Gets Recorded

Four types of records. All assembled by handover.

Scope record

Selections, inclusions, exclusions and agreed changes are documented before they become site work.

Stage records

Key construction stages are checked and recorded before the next stage proceeds.

Compliance documents

Certificates and required records are assembled as part of the project archive.

Handover package

Product information, maintenance guidance and Defects Liability Period information are provided at handover.

What goes into the build

Selection and variation records that support clearer site delivery.
