Independent inspections
at every key stage.

Every critical stage of a Cyberidge build is independently inspected and signed off before work progresses. An independent inspector — not our own team — reviews the build at footing, frame, lock-up and handover.

Independent Oversight

A build managed without independent oversight is only as trustworthy as the builder's self-assessment.

Independent inspection is not a bureaucratic requirement — it is the mechanism that makes quality claims verifiable. When an inspector with no financial stake in the build's progress signs off at each milestone, you have objective confirmation that work meets the standard. Not the builder's assurance that it does.

Four Inspection Points

Nothing progresses until it's signed off.

Each inspection is conducted by an independent third party — not our own team — at the four critical stages where structural integrity cannot be verified once work has progressed.

01Footing

Foundation & Footing Inspection

Before concrete is poured, the footing configuration is inspected against the structural drawings. Reinforcement type, placement and coverage are verified. If anything does not match, it is rectified before the pour proceeds.

02Frame

Frame Inspection

The structural frame is inspected before any cladding or lining is applied. Framing members, connections, bracing and waterproofing are checked against documentation. Nothing is covered until sign-off is received.

03Lock-Up

Lock-Up Inspection

At lock-up stage, the external envelope is complete. Windows, external doors, roofing and wall cladding are inspected. Weatherproofing and flashing details are verified before internal work progresses.

04Handover

Pre-Handover Defect Inspection

A full defect inspection is conducted before the project is formally handed over. Any item identified is rectified before keys are transferred. The inspection record is included in your handover documentation package.

Why Independent

The same team can't inspect its own work.

When a builder inspects their own construction, there is a conflict of interest — however honest the intent. An inspector whose income depends on the build progressing has a structural incentive to minimise what they find. Cyberidge uses third-party inspectors at every key stage. Their role is to find what should be found — not to clear the build so work can continue. The inspection records are given to the client at handover.

Our Site Standard

Transparency throughout the build.

01

Single point of contact

One named person manages your project from contract to handover. You are not chasing multiple trades or departments for updates.

02

Proactive progress updates

Updates are provided at each milestone without prompting. If a schedule changes, you hear about it first — not after.

03

Open sites

Clients are welcome to visit at any stage of construction. We will show you what is happening and explain what you are looking at. There is nothing we prefer you not to see.

Who signs off

Our engineering credentials and registered inspector qualifications.
