The Workflow

How Selections Become Build Records.

Every selection is worked through in a structured sequence — from a documented standard baseline to showroom confirmation to recorded variations. Nothing is assumed. Every choice has a paper trail.

Three Steps

From standard baseline to confirmed specification.

A structured sequence that ensures every material in your home is chosen intentionally — not by default.

01

The Standard Baseline

Every initial project quote is anchored to our comprehensive Standard Builder Range. This ensures the first specification record is specific and robust, and contains high-quality foundational inclusions.

The Showroom Visit

Prior to contract, you visit our design space. Here you transition from paper to reality — feeling the textures, comparing finishes, and confirming the aesthetic of your home with selection clarity at every step.

Documented Variations

As you make your final selections, any upgrades or variations from the standard range are documented with total transparency. Every change is recorded, reviewed and agreed before it is confirmed.
