March 2025 — Site Preparation
Site preparation completed — previous structure demolished and the land levelled.
April 2025 — Foundation
Footings and concrete foundation completed (base slab poured).
December 2025 — Steel Frame
Steel framing underway — the two-storey steel frame structure is now being erected as construction progresses.
